STEP 1 - THE CONCEPT
The Concept will show you how to begin thinking like your client, and using those conclusions to build on skills and talents you already have!
STEP 2 - THE VALIDATION
Once the concept of how you want to show up online has been born, its time to take your idea and test your market.
The #1 mistake that most all "newbie" online business owners and entrepreneurs make is NOT completing a Market Validation BEFORE launching it as a service to their client audience.
You will learn how to easily avoid this common mistake in this lesson, and use it to maximize your success.
STEP 3 - THE PLAN
It would be a mistake to have a concept and then NOT formulate that idea into a plan-of-action of which you can run with.
Failing to plan, is planning to fail.
In the third phase we are going to be taking the responses you get from your market validation, and formulating it into an articulated plan that you can take to your online market.
STEP 4 - THE OFFER
Once your plan has come together, it's time to begin constructing your offer.
An offer is how you are going to take that plan you just created, and put it together in a way that you can present to your client audience.
This will be aspects like pricing, dates, naming your online service, effectively communicating your service etc.
You will find a greater sense of confidence after having all your proverbial ducks in a row, ready to launch your offer!
STEP 5 - THE LAUNCH
The launch phase is by far my favorite part of this whole process. At this point, you already have your concept worked out, validated that concept with your market audience, and used that extra insight to create a plan and an offer.
Now what?
Well, let's start creating a buzz with your client group which I call "priming the pump!"
In this lesson we are going to get into some of my favorite ways to activate online engagement with your clients, and ready to launch your new service.
